Requirements :
- 3 to 5 years of strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate with expertise in design, development, performance tuning, troubleshooting and deployment
- Hands-on programming experience in J2EE technologies
- Hands-on program/integration experience in JBPM
- Hands-on experience on at least one of the framework like struts, spring or hibernate
- Ability to prioritize and manage schedules under tight, fixed deadlines
- Ability to produce professional, technically-sound solutions
- Familiar with standard SDLC and Agile processes
