Intelizest - Data Security Engineer - OWASP/Applications Security (6-8 yrs) (Intelizest Technologies Pvt Ltd)

REQUIREMENT :

- Principal Data Security Engineer with 6+ years of planning, architecting and engineering enterprise-class systems and services, including at least 4+ years of Data Security Architecture-specific experience in a large, highly-regulated enterprise.

- This is a hands-on role (20% - 30%); in addition to the high-end Data Security Engineering experience described herein, we need someone who is very familiar with Java/J2EE back-end coding; preferably someone who was a Java Engineer earlier in your career. On the front- end side, experience with Angular is a big plus

- Why is a background including hands-on coding experience important? This skillset is critical in order to understand our current tech stack, navigate effectively through our existing security code, and create small POC's to deliver to the developers/other teams for adoption/implementation.

- Knowledge and experiences with data protection concepts such as :

- Encryption/tokenization;

- Data obfuscation, anonymization, & de-identification;

- Secrets Management or Vault Service

- Expertise in securing enterprise-wide data.

- Knowledge of information security standards and controls (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001/27002 etc.), rules and regulations related to information security and data confidentiality and desktop, server, application, database, network security principles for risk identification and analysis.

- Understanding of capabilities for database security products, and experience with enterprise deployment of those technologies.

- Proven knowledge and experiences on how data flows within applications, database, infrastructure, and network.

- Demonstrable experience on data security with experience designing or administering relational database.

- Proficiency in performing risk, business impact, control and vulnerability assessments, and in defining treatment strategies.

PREFERRED/NICE-TO-HAVE :

- Member and active participation in security organizations such as OWASP, ISSA and SANS is a plus.

- Application Security experience is a nice-to-have.

- Knowledge of regulations and security compliance such as PCI, COPA, Safe Harbor also a plus.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, Master's degree preferred.
